Our next meeting is Monday, 4/11, and will be our annual "Taste of MOPS" meeting. So what is it? And what should you do for it?
We encourage all of you to make/bring a dish that you're "known" for - any kind of entree, appetizer, fruit/veggie or dessert. It could be that amazing cookie that's been passed down from generation to generation or a little treat that you buy and bring to every Christmas party. The point of the meeting is to share what and what you are proud of! (And if you're in love with Cooler Ranch Doritoes, by all means bring them!)
Details: Unlike a regular MOPS meeting you do not have to double or triple your recipe to accommodate the group. We all just want a "taste" of what's there -- more like a potluck -- which is also why we're encouraging everyone to participate (so we have enough food!).
If you'd like to make something for that day please send the name of your dish to Mollie B. (mbenjamin@poseidom.net) and please categorize it: Entree, Appetizer, Fruit/Veggie or Dessert. On 4/11, we will all vote for our favorites using the same "marble system" we did for the Christmas Tea.
(Please note: Store bought items are welcome, however, they will not be considered as part of the competition.)
